Ingredients
- 1 Cholocate Chip Brioche Loaf (300g)
- 2 Eggs
- 50g white sugar
- 150ml double cream
- 100ml milk
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- Butter (for greasing)

A great twist on classic bread and butter pudding made with chocolate chip brioche bread or rolls.
Steps
- Pre-heat the oven to 170C
- Grease a shallow rectangular backing dish (size according to the loaf size)
- Cut up the Brioche into 1/2in slices and layer and squash the slices into the greased dish
- Whisk together the Eggs, Double Cream, milk, and white sugar.
- Pour the mixture over the sliced brioche and leave it to soak in for 15 mins.
- Sprinkle with the Brown Sugar and back for 30mins until just set.
