Ingredients
- 250 g Farfalle pasta bow ties
- 25 g Butter
- 2 Shallots finely chopped
- 125 g Button mushrooms halved
- 375 g Courgettes cut into 5 cm strips
- 70 g Palma ham cut into strips
- 200 ml Creme fraiche
- 75 g Parmesan cheese grated
- Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in boiling water for 10 mins until just tender
- Meanwhile melt butter in large frying pan & fry the shallots, mushorroms, courtettes, stirring occasionally for 6-8 mins
- Stir in the Palma ham, creme fraiche, parmesan & pepper to taste
- Drain pasta & mix with other ingredients, heat through and serve.
