Ingredients
- 285 ml Milk
- 115 g plain flour
- a pinch of salt
- 3 eggs
- vegetable oil
Instructions
- Whisk all ingredients together into a big bowl. Tip: Make an hour before and put in the fridge to cool down.
- Put 1/4 cm of vegitable oil into a muffin tray, then place this on the middle shelf of your oven at its highest setting (240-250 C/475 F/gas 9)
- Allow the tray and oil to get very hot (very important)
- Take the tray out of the oven and quickly fill with the mix and put back in the oven.
- Allow to cook for about 14 minutes, you will see when they begin to rise and go nice and golden.
